Hi, I did the job he wanted with my client, but when he wanted to confirm the job, he said he encountered the following error. I added my address information and payment management from my profile, but he stated that he encountered the same error. I don't know exactly where the problem came from.

I'm sorry to hear about the troubles your client is having. I checked and it looks like they haven't added the information on their Settings > My info page and under the 'Company contacts' section. Please tell them to go there and add the required information after which, they should have no issues with this. Let us know if you need further help.
