direct contract - payment method

Hello!

I have a client outside of Upwork, and I'm thinking about a direct contract option. I have read this somewhere in the descriprion area: 

"Billing method must be PayPal, ACH bank transfers, or credit card."

Does that mean that I wouldn't be able to receive payments via Payoneer from that specific client?

No.  All payments have to go through Upwork.

Payoneer is not accepted as a payment method for clients, as it is a prepaid card. The client needs a proper credit card or credit-card backed PayPal account to pay you through Upwork.

Andrea is intending to get paid through Upwork, that's the whole point. Upwork don't accept Payoneer as a payment method for clients. In any case, as it is Andrea's client from outside Upwork, they could get paid any way they like and wouldn't have to accept payments only through Upwork
