sorry for the late . I have no paypal account and my card is Rupay so
that is not working , then how could I pay to my freelancer. Please tell
anyway to done my project successfully.

There are two types of billing methods available to clients: PayPal and Credit Cards. Upwork accepts Visa credit cards for both U.S. and international accounts. You may consider reaching out to your bank and possibly allowing international payments for your card.
