payment of a freelancer

Hello,

The freelancer that I hired with a fixed contract finished my project. I ended the contract but I cannot find a way to pay him. Only the first milestone was released but I don't know how to release the final amount for the job. How come is this so difficult???

Hi Giuseppe,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. I would like to clarify that you had multiple milestones on your contract. However, please keep in mind that you can't pay your freelancers if you close the contract.
At the moment you do have the option to send a bonus payment under the same contract or rehire them on a new one.

To send a bonus payment, go to the contract room > click on the three dots next to the "Rehire" button and select "Give Bonus". If further help is needed, let me know. Thank you.
