where is the contract i signed?

hi everyone. i signed a contract for web app development which the developer had directly sent me. I didnt hold an upwork account. i signed the contract with alot of difficulties due to the recent outage. i had received the contract on my gmail account. now i signed up on upwork with google id login, using the same email id. but i am not able to find the contract in my dashboard. how do i get the contract to show in my dashboard. i have already made the payment aswell for the contract.
