why am i not allowed to buy a project

just logged into upwork to make my life a little easier with tasks. I am not able to buy certain projects (mostly low priced). It simply says Sorry, you cannot purchase projects in Project Catalog using this account.

What is the reason?

Hi Syeda, I believe you are trying to purchase a project using your Freelancer account [Which is not possible]. You'll need to activate your Client account to be able to do that. 

To do that you can go to Settings > Contact info > New client Account.
