In an ecosystem, where teams are transcending borders and boundaries, what measures do leaders have to take ensure inclusion and diversity ? Any thoughts?

I'm re-writing my response to this. Boy, I get snarky at times.

OK ... Suni, I suppose that the more you mix up populations the less important it is to measure diversity.  I forget what comedian said this (or even if it was a comedian), but the idea was that the way to end racism was to have everyone get naked and start inter-breeding. Someday we'll all end up looking about the same -- same color, same type of hair, same size, same everything.

I also don't think the goal of inclusion or diversity should be to dilute our differences, but to celebrate them. I kihd of like a planet with all kinds of differences. Things are more interesting and more colorful that way.
