Regarding silence; although not inspirational but oftentimes quite factual, I've always appreciated:  "It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

Hi Ravi, 

I'm not sure if this is traditionally inspirational, but it always makes me laugh.
