i'm new here and applied to many jobs but got none. 

i'm trying to undertsna dthis app nd everything better and to improve my profile but i dont see a way through on how to really get a job

The myth about Upwork that nobody says out loud is that you can't write a cheerful profile page and snazzy proposal letters  and cover up the fact that you aren't qualified to do the work. There are 17 million members on Upwork, so anyone with a lagging skill set is going to get battered every time out the gate.

William keeps harping (ad naseum) on working on your skills to stay ahead of the curve. He's completey right. Freelancers sell services. If your services aren't up to snuff, you're going to sit around waiting for the crumbs that fall to the floor. You're in an open market. It's dog eat dog or maybe dog eat smaller dog out there.
