A client filed a dispute

My client filed a dispute and we had a talk to resolve it. However, her dispute has been approved already but we agreed to change the disputed hours from 25hrs to 18hrs. Now, the original disputed hours are already pending and will be refunded to her. We weren't able to change it. What do we need to do to fix it?

Hi Samantha,

 

I am sorry to hear about the dispute. I checked the job you are referring to and noticed that the refund is already processed on your contract. That said, you will be unable to make any changes to the dispute now. The client will be able to issue a bonus for any additional hours on the same contract.
