My Top Rated eligible weeks have updated yesterday. Now I have 13/16 and 97% JSS with 12-months earning more than $1000. But I did not get the Top Rated Badge. I want to know why?

Thank you for working towards earning the Top Rated badge! I see that you're missing to have a 100% complete profile and this is a basic requirement to be eligible. Please check this article for more details on how to create a 100% complete profile. Also, continue doing well on your contracts, and being active in the Upwork marketplace to qualify for the badge.
