Account Restricted

Hi guys. So I opened this account a year back but I was able to start working on it. Recently I quit my job and wanted to start working freelance full time when I saw a message on upwork saying my account is restricted because I’m connected to other accounts breaking policy and if I don’t resolve issues I will be permanently. I wasn’t even aware I was connected to any account. This is my only account as far as I’m aware and now that those have been blocked. I don’t know what to do on this to prevent this one blocking. Please help
