I would like to ask for help for my friends account. He is new in upwork and when by time he verifies his account by uploading his ID identification, he uploaded a wrong format. Then it was deactivated.

Hello, my account was also suspended, Tried to verify my ID but something wrong happend, then i tried again and upwork send me a mail with the message that i need verify my identity to restore my account, but right now my account can not be verify because i already started other ID verification process, so, i'm afraid lose my money because i already work five hours, and also i have other current contract. Can anyone help me with my issue, because my account suspension i can not even publish help in this forum... thanks.
