Account Suspended. Need help recovering it

Hi, my upwork account was suspended unfortunately. I was sent a notificaiton to verify my identity, but I saw the message too late and the link expired. Can anyone help out in who I can contact? I have been trying to find a Toll Free number or an email or some way to submit a ticket, but I have had no luck finding any such support options. (I have already gone through the Contact Support page).
