Account Suspended?

Hi! I want to know why my this account is suspended? I just make today and check after making, on the top of the profile, there was write that your account is suspended.

And then I am going in setting to close my this acount, because it is against to make new one but I can't do this. There was option that you account curently suspended you can't close your account.
