Account has been suspended

Hi And Good day to All.

 

I may ask for a little bit of help as my account was suspended. My account was hacked at my office last year now I just recovered it last few months (I cannot remember exactly when I recovered it) and changed the password and everything including updating my payment options, etc. But still my account is still suspended, no messages or notification whatsoever.

 

Can I ask what can I do next to remove the suspension and for me to apply again and start freelancing again.
