Account suspended for wrong reason

Hi, I made this new account to reach a human and discuss the verification on my last account. This account was permanentely deactivated, I suspect because my documents submitted did not match my drivers license. I have a change of address pending with the state of Maryland which I can submit a photo of as proof that I live here.
