Account suspended?

I need to speak to someone about my account. I haven't opened Upworks in years. Now I need 2 logos designed but there's a popup saying my account is suspended? There are no notifications explaining it. Can you help?

You can Email the direct Upwork help center. **Edited for Community Guidelines**, you need to create an account in Upwork.
