How does a person get to join an agency in upwork? how do you get to find the agencies that are a good fit for you?

For clarity, i mean, how can a freelancer with a freelancer account join an agency? or would the freelancer have to make an agency account?

Hi Joseph,

The only way to join an agency is to be invited by an agency administrator. Creating an agency would not be necessary. However, your relationship with them, including how you get paid, is managed privately outside of Upwork.
