I am currently running a hourly based contract for a client. We recently switched to Hubstaff in order to keep tracking hours and, today, I just got an automated response trom the Upwork app saying a "Refund Given" of $39.90.
Was this issue by the client? Because, I surely didn´t.
Thoughts?

We’re sorry to hear about this. On hourly contracts when a client fails to pay for the hours logged by the freelancer and those hours don’t meet the requirements for Hourly Protection, the payment may be reversed.

Roger: Why don't you do what most of us do, which is to log our time such that we quality for Upwork Payment Protection?
Had you done that, you would have been paid for your work, even if the client's payment method failed.
