Hi there,
I have encountered a problem when setting my payment account up, namely, that the bank's swift code is not recognised by upwork.
I am also unable to enter a branch address, as the bank is a neobank, i.e. it is an online banking service with no physical branches.
How do I proceed in these circumstances?
