My client mistakely sent the bonu payment more then they want to,

Now he is asking refund,

please advise, does this refund will effect on my Job Success rating?

No.

No impact on JSS at all.

The client sent you a bonus and now wants some of that bonus back.

Ask the client how much he wants in a refund, and then refund that amount to him.
