Country Shows - US but Time in IST time zone
How its possible? Please advise

Narinder, maybe the client gave an incorrect location when creating an account. If freelancers can make that mistake, why not clients? Just looking at the grammar mistake, "the developer who are experienced", instead of "developer who is experienced", the client is probably located in India.
