Buy connect issue

Hello,

I am trying to buy connect to apply for a job but I get the attached message.

I already sent photo of my passport and follow the process.

I need it urgently. I searched the account totaly; I didnt find "Verify Now" which means it is verified I think.

Any ideas to solve this issue?

I tried to open it but I recieved a faild mail so I thought it didn't send.
