CANT ADD VISA CARD

I can’t add my Visa card in order to access instant deposit. My card is a standard Visa DEBIT but EVERYTIME I try and save the information it states EVERY FIELD (including my name) is wrong. I’ve tried two different Visas so far, even trying to add it on my web browser instead of the app. No luck!

Can customer support add my card? I need to have instant deposit access.
