Can I get Top Rated Badge now???

I have started my Upwork account around 1 year ago...Now currently I am having 500+ $ earning and JS is 85%.

So, is it possible for me to get a Top Rated badge now? 

And if possible then What's the best way for me to focus?

No, you can't. You need to have a JSS of over 90% for 13 out of the last 16 weeks and 12-month earnings of over $1000

It's okay, but If I maintain those for upcoming years then Is it possible to get Top Rated?
