I have completed a contract, but the customer has requested that another feature be added to the project.
Even if I am working on the same project, he signed one contract per feature, and the contract ends when the feature is updated. During that project is going, I uploaded and downloaded the entire project files via Upwork chat. It took a long time to compare my and the customer's source code.
So a client suggested the GitHub version control system. He requested my email address via chat. However, all contracts were completed at that time. So I said that I couldn't share my account until he started the contract, he created another contract and I accepted his offer.
Can I provide him with my GitHub account information then?
And also can I ask him project GitHub repository URL before starting contract?
Thanks.

Yes, you can share details after contract started. Git and other required tools.
You cannot share any contact info without contract. But you did all right.
