Can I share my website with clients in proposals or this will violate Upwork terms?

If they can reach you directly via your website, then you may not share that with them prior to having a contract in place.

You can share a link to your portfolio ( which may be a page in your website ) and it is allowed to have contact information there, on the web page. However, you have to specify in your message in your proposal for the client to only contact you via Upwork. I've asked this a month ago and a moderator here confirmed that.
