Can't access account

My husband seems to have accidentally deleted his account while trying to set it up. He can no longer create or log in with his email. Can someone help? Seems like his account just needs to be reactivated or something. (I'm posting this for him because he cannot log in to post or create a ticket)

Additionally, I would like to let you know that your husband can contact us directly on any social media they prefer and we will be happy to help. For privacy reasons, we cannot share information about another’s user’s account which we hope you understand.
