Can’t join the Consultation call. Client canceled at the last minute.

Hi,

When i tried to join the consultation meeting via upwork the link sent me to a page where it says 

We'll be right back

I tried to contact with the client and come up with a solution but client said ''Something has come up at my end.  I'll arrange another time to chat this time tomorrow maybe?''

Since it's my first consultation call via Upwork i am not %100 sure how the system works. But it seems like the client has canceled the meeting at the last minutes, therefore i was not able to join. 

In this case will i get paid ? Or will my JSS will drop since i didn't join the meeting ?
