Can't submit a proposal.

When I click on submit a proposal button it keeps loading. It doesn't take me to the proposal submission page. It just keeps on loading.

I did not think about it before. I have tested with google chrome it is working nicely. But I am using brave and it was blocking all the tracking, so I could not go to the submit proposal page. It was blocking some code maybe.
