Can't upload my Profile photo

"Sorry, something went wrong. We were unable to upload your image, or contact customer support for more information" This is what I get when I try to upload my profile photo, Help needed

Hi Jay,

Please resize your image to 250x250 and try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to upload it. If you`re still experiencing the same problem after this, let me know. Thank you.
