Can the Upwork support team help NEW clients create their first contract?

Sometimes, I deal with first-timers on UpWork and they don't know how to set up a contract on UpWork. Can we add a support member in the chat room and they assist the client in setting up the contract? I know this does not exist, this is a possible feature request.

I'll share your feedback with the team. We do have plenty of help articles and Community threads to help new talent and clients start their journey on Upwork. For example, this article is explaining how clients can send an offer. There are other articles in the 'Make a Hire' category.
