Hey Everyone!
I accepted an offer from a client. I have emailed her twice and gotten no response--project has a Sunday due date. Can I cancel the contract without penalty?

Femi: We previously talked a lot about the negative impact that zero-pay contracts have on JSS. But with recent changes, a cancelled, zero-pay contract should have no negative impact on your JSS unless the client leaves negative private feedback.
If the client is truly not paying attention to this any longer... then if you close the contract yourself, there will never be any negative private feedback, or any feedback of any kind.
