Cancel Membership

Hey, I meant to downgrade my membership for this month as I still have previous connects left and currently don't want more. I was charged a few hours back and haven't used any of the new connects since. Please can these new ones be taken off my acount and can I be refunded the amount. I will upgrade again when required.
