Hi Everyone,
I have just cancelled an active conract for a fixed price.
The reason was due to my clients website not being able to be customised in a particular way due to a pevious developers setup of the site.
I contacted my CLient and told him that this was the case and he said that Is totally fine and that he aggrees. I offered to give him a full refund which I did. All I want to know is if this will affect my jss?
I selected the reason for contract cancelation as follows: "CLient nolonger needs work done"

This will depend on whether your client has provided feedback on your contract or not. If your client has provided any feedback, it will be included in your JSS calculation. Thank you.
