Cannot access help & support

Hi, when i click on the question mark in the nav bar and select help and support it redirects me to the dashboard. Im not sure why but im not able to access it. 

Does anyone know why?

Yes the issue is still there. It rederects me to the find work page

Unfortunately I cant even access that page. It keeps redirecting me to the dashboard
