Cannot change to Freelancer basic

Hi everyone,

I have just tried to change my subscription from Freelancer Plus to Freelancer basic (free), but got a message that said that subscription changes are not possible for the moment and to come back later: please find attached screenshot for more details. Please help out as I do not want to pay for the new cycle that starts today.
