Cannot update my address

I cannot update my address in the contact info section of my profile. The "Street" field is greyed out and will not allow input, but UpWork requires it. See screenshot.

Hi Andrew, 

Please type your address in the "Start typing your address" field. This will auto-populate with different addresses as you type along. Once you select your address, the rest of the fields will populate. 

Let us know if this isn't the case for you and we'll assist you further.

It says my address cannot be found. It's probably because I live in a new
development.
