Cant find the messages in my inbox

I received 2 emails from 2 different job posters but when I click on them it doesn't show their message in my Upwork's inbox. when it goes on Upwork using the link in the email it either says "Conversation cannot be found" or "Something went wrong".

I looked closely at the jobs you're referring to and confirmed that there are problems with the client's account, which is why you cannot access the Message room. There are many possible reasons this could occur, although we can't share the specifics regarding your client's account due to privacy concerns. You may validate this by viewing the job posts through your "Active Proposals" page.
