Certification Pending

Hi,

I have a Certificate in Advanced English by Cambridge University that I would like to add to my profile. I have sent the results through Cambridge website and the certificate is still pending on my Upwork page. I tried to send the results again, but I receive the message "You have already sent your result to this organisation/institution". (See images below)

Can anyone help to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Thank you for trying to help me solve this issue. Unfortunately, I have
already followed all the steps required to request approval of a
certification.

I logged into my Candidates Result portal with my ID and I sent my results
to Upwork. Since I was receiving any answers, I tried to send again.
However, every time I try to re-send my results, I get the following
message: "You have already sent your result to this
organization/institution".

I have attached my Statement of Results, download from Cambridge website
itself. Is there any possibility of verifying my request manually?

I don't know what else I can do. From the Cambridge website, my results
were already sent (See image below).

Hi Andrea,

I have already followed all the steps suggested in the support ticket. I sent a reply to the team explaining this and hopefully there will be a way to solve this.
