Change of Address

Hi

'm trying to change my address details as I have moved house. I've managed to change the postcode but it will not let me change the street name/house number which is greyed out. The help bot has not able to help me.

Please can someone from Upwork contact me? I've also been asked to send ID and my ID is registered in my new address so this needs to be actioned quickly please.

Hi Suzy,

You can update your address in the Settings > Contact Info page and typing a new one in the field above the grayed one as shown in this screenshot. Let us know if you need further help.

Hi

I've tried that several times. My address (house number/street name) does
not appear in the dropdown menu so it will not accept it.

It comes up with an error. I can send you a screenshot if that would be
helpful?
