Changing the experience level

Hello!

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and question. 

I would like to work on upgrading my experience level. Currently I am at an entry level with $300+ in total earnings, 3 total jobs, 43 hours of work and my hourly rate is 5.5 dollars an hour. What terms and conditions do I need to meet and do I have to pass the Upwork readiness test in order to shift from an Entry level to an Intermediate one?

You should be able to change this in Settings > Profile Settings.
