Changing the testimonial note

Why can't I change the copy in the testimonial note? I want to personalize it for the client and the work I am asking them to review.

Hi Pam,

Are you referring to this portion of the testimonial request? If so, the default message should automatically disappear once you start typing (without hitting backspace or delete). Can you confirm if you're able to do this?

Correct. That is the box. I cannot type anything in it.
