Client couldnt activate last milestone

My client says that she couldnt find activate last milestone. On contract screen it says pending. How can she fund and activate last milestone

Clients can activate their milestones from their contract page. They can either fund an existing proposed milestone or fund a new one, as shown here. You can share this article with your client for more information. If they still experience trouble doing this, it's best for your client to contact support directly for further assistance.

Thank you for fast response. My client says that she couldnt relese fund and activate. On my reports page second milestone( which is approved and payed by client) payment is still pending. Is it related with situation.

Can, in this case it would be best if the client reaches out to support directly. That way, the team can check if there's something preventing them from doing so and get further assistance.
