Well, after all these years working successfully on Upwork, I finally got scammed. I did a small amount of work for $5 with the potential for more work if the client liked the work. The client immediately said it was "crap work" which it wasn't and now is requesting a refund. I do not care about the $5, but I do not want this to affect my scores and reviews. This person needs to be reported, but I cannot find out how to do that either. Any suggestions on how to take care of this?
I know I can dispute the refund, but I don't want to get the $5 for a finished job and have this person leave me a negative review when I did exactly what was asked of me. My feelings are that this person is trying to get free work out of people a little at a time. They give good work, and then this person says it is crap and wants a refund.
Thanks for your help.

If you return the $5 they cannot leave any public feedback. I believe they can leave private feedback, so your JSS might go down a little, but seeing how we are only talking $5 it should only be a few points. The one thing you don't want to do is to waste your feedback removal perk on a $5 project,
