Hi everyone,

when i join Upwork to till, i got 60 connect and i spend 60 connect for 10 job,

after 1 month 25 days and 18 days all Job is no longer avaiable/ Closed,

i'm wondring that my 60 connect fall even i did got anything !

My question is if jobs is close then must be return my connect !

Upwork Client and Proposer got there job done, Both thay get the goel ! so where is my connect !

Hi Anas,

We return Connects if a project is canceled by the client before a contract is made and if we remove a project’s post because we believe it violates our Terms of Service. Your Connects are not returned if the client chooses another freelancer, lets the job expire without hiring, or if you withdraw your proposal from a project.
