Connects not added after purchace

I bought connects 2 times (40+40) in last 2 weeks i also recieved confirmation message. but none of the times any single connect is added to my connect balance. 

I have 0 connect balance left, due to which i am unable to submit proposals. Please help me ASAP.

I checked but couldn't find that you bought Connects recently, only upgrading your membership to Freelancer Plus. Could you please send us more information about the transactions so that we can check and assist you further?
