Consultation milestone In Review

Hi,
I have completed one consultation project around 10 days ago. I have submited the files as well, but client is  unresponsive on chat. More importantly, why my contract is still in review, and it's not closing, as everything required is done...?

The review period is 14 days. In case of unresponsive clients, your funds will be automatically released after 14 days. Just don't click "submit work" repeatedly, as that may postpone the process.
