Contract Ending

I have a problem with my contract, recently I have succsesfully finished a project with a client, but after finishing it It didnt seem to end and continued as a ongoing project. I believe it impacted on my job succsess score and I would love if you could help me with that, the contract number is 34943980

You or the client will have to close the contract on Upwork's system. 

Until the contract is closed neither you nor the client can leave feedback for one another. And it's feedback that can affect your JSS.

It is stated that its finished and the only option i have is to give a refund, but i still have it as an unfinished project.
